It was a night of teen pop culture favorites.

From movies to television shows to sports and fashion, teens cast more than 164 million votes for the 2014 Teen Choice Awards. Hosted by Modern Family's Sarah Hyland and Teen Wolf's Tyler Posey, the awards show saw big wins for films Divergent and The Fault in Our Stars and shows Pretty Little Liars and The Vampire Diaries. The TCAs also brought tears, open-hearted speeches, and reminders of how incredible young Hollywood is right now.

Some of our favorite moments from the awards show include that Maid in Manhattan reunion (yes, J. Lo and Tyler Posey together again!), Ariana Grande dancing with her grandma during Becky G's performance of "Shower," and all those incredibly touching speeches!

Seriously, it was an emotional night at the TCAs.

Selena Gomez held back tears to thank her mom while accepting the Ultimate Choice Award, saying "She's the greatest human being in the world, and she's strong and she's given up her life for me. This never belongs to me. This only goes to you."

Breakout winner Ansel Elgort of The Fault in Our Stars used his speech to spread awareness of cancer. "I really am glad that we were embraced by young people who were dealing with the illness," Elgort said. "And I just hope that we did it justice, and my heart goes to everyone who's dealing with it, because cancer sucks."

When Shailene Woodley won a Choice award for her role in The Fault in Our Stars,  she also took time onstage to discuss cancer as well as living life to its fullest.

"I'm wearing heels and have a face full of makeup on and we're all so lucky to be here, breathing," Woodley said. "There are a lot of people at home right now breathing into oxygen machines. There's no way to justify this. Life is unfair. All we have [are] moments, and it's really our job to wake up each day and be so grateful for those moments."

Ariana Grande won for Choice Female Artist, and urged teens to never stop believing in themselves.

"To all the teens out there who love to sing who love to dance who love to act, don't ever stop. I was told no so many times, and I never thought I'd be able to do what I do now every day. I never took no for an answer," Grande said. "To everyone out there who loves to sing and dance and act, keep going for it."

Congratulations to all the winners! See the full list of 2014 Teen Choice Awards Winners here
