  • Sutton Foster

    Sutton Foster

Forget pretty in pink, “Violet” star and two-time Tony winner Sutton Foster looked drop dead gorgeous in a hot pink strapless Reem Acra creation. A dramatic, voluminous skirt balanced the gown’s simplistic bodice and a pair of turquoise drop earrings added another unexpected fun pop of color.

RuPaul drank (or rather he wore) the pink Cool-Aid, too. The Tony presenter arrived to the red carpet in a bright pink satin blazer and black slacks. We loved his midnight blue star print Tie Bar bow tie. Designed by "Modern Family" actor Jesse Tyler Ferguson and his husband Justin Mikita, sales benefit Tie the Knot, a non-profit marriage equality foundation.

Va-va-va-va-voom! Tony presenter Vera Farmiga stunned in a black, curve-hugging, long sleeve Stella McCartney mermaid gown that showed off her enviable figure. But what took the 40-year-old “Bates Motel” star’s dress to the next level were the sheer stripes at its shoulders and waist.

The 27-year-old actress shined in a Ralph Lauren Collection slinky metallic silver gown with an intricately braided bodice unlike anything we've ever seen before. If the twisted neckline looks this good on television, we can only imagine how amazing it must look in person!

  • Adriane Lenox

    Adriane Lenox

Never have we ever seen white shorts worn to a big award ceremony. But even worse her casual leg wear was the the bright orange belted coat she wore over them and her atrocious striped hat. Once it made its debut on the red carpet, the Twitterverse quickly began calling it "the Pharrell Hat of the Tonys."

The "House of Cards" star took a huge fashion risk in a finely beaded short sleeve mini dress by Dolce & Gabbana. Unfortunately all the embellishments added too much bulk to her petite frame. Add in her dramatic, dark eye makeup, sleeked back hair and she looked more like a fierce football linebacker than a starlet.
