The name alone should tell you a lot about this Day 4 recipe- it's quick and delicious. Chicken Parmesan is traditionally breaded, but this recipe leaves the bread crumbs out, making it a bit healthier and even simpler. Serve over a bead of spaghetti and you've got a weeknight hit on your hands.
