Many started the New Year out with great intentions – plans to work out, eat healthy and be good to themselves overall. As we enter Heart Health Month, let’s keep that going with these steps to strengthen our heart health!
#1: Have A Plan
One way people wreck their healthy agenda is by being unprepared. We have busier days or weeks than we expect and before you know it, we’re eating fast food. Pick a scheduled time each week to do your meal planning and grocery shopping and your fast food excuses will right out the window.
#2: Pick “Good For You” Foods
