This diet fad is bananas!
Have you heard of the banana diet where you can eat between 30 to 51 bananas in a day? Well, Freelee, an Australian diet guru, claims eating up to 51 bananas in a day is the reason she’s fit. Although the “Banana Girl” eats massive amounts of fruit on a daily basis, Gwen Stefani can’t spell b-a-n-a-n-a-s enough for Freelee.
The Banana Diet
It’s no secret that fruit and bananas in particular are loaded with health benefits. Any raw, vegan, and fruit foods are going to give the body a boost and potentially burn fat. Freelee’s 30Bad or “30 Bananas a Day Diet” is made up of approximately 97 percent fruit, which some nutritionists say is extreme even suggesting an eating disorder.
Freelee, who in the past, has suffered from anorexia and bulimia claims that her high raw, vegan, high carbohydrate, low fat diet has helped her shed some 40 pounds in addition to clearing up acne, digestion issues, low thyroid function, and chronic fatigue syndrome.
