This recipe is easy enough that kids can help in the kitchen and flexible enough that you can use any ingredients you have on hand.
- Dice sausage into large pieces
- Whip 4 eggs
- Warm wok or pan to medium heat.
- Add oil to the pan then add whisked egg.
- Scramble eggs then remove to a plate.
- In a clean wok or pan
- Sauté sausage on high heat
- Add peas, rice and stir-fry sauce to pan
- Finish by adding egg
Optional: Add sliced peppers and vegetables with the peas and rice
