Taco Cups

This recipe will put a whole new spin on Taco Night. Made in muffin tins, these personal-sized mini taco salads are sure to become your new favorite dinnertime meal or quick snack.

*Serves 4-6*

Ingredients

  • 1 package sausage (jalapeño and cheese smoked links)
  • 1 jar (12oz) black bean-corn salsa
  • 1 heart of romaine lettuce
  • 2 package (12ct) Wonton wrappers
  • 2 Avocados

Kitchen Staples

  • Olive Oil
  • Oil Brush

Prep

- Grease muffin tin with olive oil

- Put muffin tin in oven to warm

- Dice Johnsonville Fully Cooked Jalapeño And Cheese Smoked Sausage Links into small pieces

- Slice lettuce

- Cut avocados into slices

Directions

- Preheat oven to 325º

- Warm the muffin tin for about 10 minutes before making the taco cups

- Take one wonton wrapper and press it into muffin cup

- Spoon in a layer of sausage

- Spoon in a layer of salsa

- Repeat once twisting the wonton wrapper a quarter turn

- Bake in oven for 10-12 minutes

- Put lettuce and avocado slice on top

- Let cool and serve with sour cream, cheese, cilantro, chopped green onion or a squeeze of lime
