Beyoncé Addresses Elevator Incident in New Song

Beyoncé finally addressed the elevator incident...

And she did it in true Queen Bey style. The celeb singer used her hot new single "Flawless," which was released Saturday night and features Nicki Minaj, to tell the world what happened. "We escalate up in this b---ch like elevators. Of course sometimes sh-t go down when it's a billion dollars on the elevator," she sings...twice.

Then the singer laughs at the critics and adds a "cha-ching" sound for further effect. For those unsure of the reference, it has been estimated that Beyoncé and Jay Z have a net worth of $1 billion.

Nicki Minaj has posted several promo photos for the Flawless remix, including what looks like potential music video shots.

The elevator incident was first reported in May when leaked security footage showed Solange Knowles physically attacking Jay Z while Beyoncé stood in the background. The group was leaving the Met Gala at the time.

A statement was released by all three after news of the fight broke saying, "As a result of the public release of the elevator security footage from Monday, May 5th, there has been a great deal of speculation about what triggered the unfortunate incident."

"But the most important thing is that our family has worked through it," the statement read. "Jay and Solange each assume their share of responsibility for what has occurred. They both acknowledge their role in this private matter that has played out in the public. They both have apologized to each other and we have moved forward as a united family."

Solange also discussed the elevator fight briefly in a recent interview with Lucky, referring to the fight as "that thing" and before changing the subject, saying that she and her family are at peace.

"What's important is that my family and I are all good," Knowles said. "What we had to say collectively was in the statement that we put out, and we all feel at peace with that."

After the incident, the husband and wife duo began their "On the Run" tour amid new rumors of plans to divorce once the tour is complete. Bey continues to deny any truth to those rumors as she posts Instagram pics of her hubby and their intimate stage moments.
