If you ever wanted curves like Bey, here’s your opportunity. The 33-year-old and her personal trainer, Marco Borges, are launching a new food delivery service.
If this intrigues you, plan on going meat-free for 22 days, as the idea behind this is that is takes 21 days to break your unhealthy eating habits.
All meals in the plan are 100 percent plant-based and delivered to your door once a week. All ingredients are non-GMO, gluten-free, soy-free, dairy-free and organic. Meals are naturally low in fat, sugar and salt.
Beyoncé was inspired to promote this this after participating in the 22 Days Nutrition challenge with her husband, Jay-Z, in 2013.
Take note though, these meals come at a hefty cost. If you choose to do three meals a day for 22 days, it could run you a ticket of almost $620 for the entire process.
In a press release Beyoncé said, "All you have to do is try. If I can do it, anyone can."
Co-founder Borges added, "We all know the importance and value of eating plant-based foods but often times find ourselves trapped in a series of bad habits that sabotage optimum wellness."
Meals include a sesame cabbage lentil bowl, ratatouille pasta with pesto and curried rice with vegetables.
