Frequently claiming the top spot on sexiest women in the world polls, Beyoncé has a body that is envied worldwide. And while we already suspected that it takes considerable amount of work to stay in such great shape, our suspicions have been confirmed thanks to a recent video that the star posted showing her workout sped up.

The "Drunk In Love" singer posted a video of herself on Instagram working out – hard. In fact, the video is enough to make you break into a sweat just watching it. In the clip, Beyoncé is seen jumping, lunging, doing sit ups and throwing punches with hand weights. There are also some knee-to-elbow side lunges and vertical side-steps thrown in for good measure.

The star, who is married to Jay-z and has a daughter Blue-Ivy, posted the video along with the caption: "Celebrating the 5th anniversary of Let's Move! #GimmeFive @michelleobama"

The video was posted in support of Michelle Obamas “#GimmeFive” challenge which celebrates the fifth anniversary of the First Lady's “Let’s Move” campaign. The campaign aims to raise awareness about the importance of an active and healthy lifestyle and combat the obesity epidemic in the United States.

Beyonce is clearly keen to promote the same positive message. As well as the recent workout post on Instagram, the singer has backed previous “Let’s Move” campaigns organised by The First Lady. In 2011, she adapted her hit song “Get Me Bodied” into ”Move Your Body,” in a music video created to encourage children to be active and dance more.
