Carrie Underwood and Brad Paisley to host CMA Awards for seventh year in a row.
‘If it ain’t broke don’t fix it’ is the old country saying which can definitely be applied to this year’s 48th annual CMA Awards. Country’s finest Carrie Underwood and Brad Paisley will return to the stage hosting the event for their seventh time.
Country’s biggest night will be Nov. 5 at the traditional Bridgestone Arena in Nashville where the ceremony is held every year. The leggy blonde and the "Riverbank" singer have been hosting the event since 2008 and they only get better.
People Magazine announced the news Tuesday via their Instagram account with some familiar looking bobble heads.
Besides rehearsing for their November gig, Paisley has his new album “Moonshine in the Trunk” releasing at the end of August while also currently filling a judge’s chair on ABC’s Rising Star. Underwood has also reportedly been spending time in the studio prepping a new album, and we can hear her rock it out every sunday night as the opener for NFL Sunday Night Football.
Besides being eager to watch the artists host the show and probably perform, we cannot wait to see all of Carrie’s wardrobe changes (and Brad will surely have some too)!
