It's amazing that even the most beautiful people have insecurities and image issues.  We thought it was just something those of us "nobody's" struggled with, but it's not.  In this video, three actresses share their struggles and image issues, some even declaring they look like men.  Jessica Alba, Megan Fox, and Jessica Alba spout off about their insecurities and how they struggle with image issues. 

So, really, no matter who the person, we all struggle with feelings of inadequacy.  But why is this?  Perhaps it could be perfectionism or deep-seeded beliefs that were instilled in us when we were young.  Perhaps it was something someone said to us that hurt that we cannot forget.

Pop Star Rihanna Rushed to the Hospital After the MET Costume Ball.

Mega celebrity Rihanna was rushed to the hospital after she attended the MET Costume Ball. Rihanna was taken to the hospital because she was allegedly suffering from the flu and needed an IV medicine drip. Rihanna tweeted a picture of her arm hooked up the IV at the hospital and shared the pic with all of her twitter followers. The Rihanna pic has many wondering if the star is suffering from the flu or something more serious. 

Jennifer Lopez Boyfriend

Looks like the it's a good thing to be Jennifer Lopez's boyfriend.  Not only did she recently buy him a new truck for his birthday, but he will now become her official choreographer.  Beau "Casper" Smart is a former dancer in Lopez's show and has pretty significant experience in the choreography department.  He has taught dance moves for the likes of Beyonce Knowles, Kelly Rowland, Eminem, and assisted in TV shows such as "So You Think You Can Dance," "America's Best Dance Crew." and "X-Factor."  Fans love the video the two made together, entitled, "Dance Again," and will likely look forward to seeing them dance on stage during her musical performances.

Jessica Simpson Baby

Well, she finally had that baby.  Jessica Simpson gave birth to a baby girl, named Maxwell Drew Johnson early this week.  We'd call her a little baby girl, but the Simpson cherub weighed in at a whopping 9 lbs. 13 ounces.  Jessica Simpson said in earlier interviews that doctors were predicting the baby would weigh in at around 10 lbs.  Well, they were almost right!  From all accounts, mother and daughter are doing well.  We would bet that Jessica Simpson is relieved that Maxwell has entered the world and left her "world."  The baby's father is former NFL football player, fiance Eric Johnson.  Both Jessica Simpson and Eric Johnson agreed to wait until after the baby was born to wed.

Patrick Dempsey Rescue

Dr. Dreamy just got dreamy-er.  Patrick Dempsey actually lived his Grey's Anatomy role last week, using a fire extinguisher and crow bar, and helped a teenage boy escape a car after it flipped over.  The teenager's car reportedly flipped three times before stopping, leaving him shaken and nearly unconscious.  After helping the boy from the car, Patrick Dempsey called paramedics.  The boys is expected to make a full recovery.  Patrick Dempsey even called the boy's mother to update her on his situation.  His spokespeople don't have much to say about his heroic efforts.  But we think it's safe to say that his actions added to his hot-ness.

Prince William & Kate Middleton were married in a the royal wedding of the century over one year ago and it seems that the latest Kate Middleton news uncovered that former commoner Kate Middleton has graduated from the royal monarchy princess school. 

Lindsay Lohan has been busy lately. Lohan announced that she will play Elizabeth Taylor in a film and now we have learned Lindsay Lohan will join the Glee cast and will be a guest star on Glee! Pictures of Lindsay Lohan on the set of Glee have surfaced as she shot the nationals episode of Glee.

After the controversy with Rosie O’Donnell and Lindsay Lohan, Lohan has been spotted on the set of Glee. The controversy between Lindsay Lohan and Rosie O’Donnell stemmed from comments Rosie O’Donnell made about the decision to cast Lindsay Lohan to play Elizabeth Taylor in a Lifetime movie. The controversy with Rosie O’Donnell and Lindsay Lohan doesn’t seem to have phased LL very much, seeing that she landed a guest star spot on the wildly popular show Glee. She will be featured alongside the mega famous and talented Glee cast.

Representatives for Lindsay Lohan released news this month that Lifetime Movie Network has officially signed Lindsay Lohan to portray Elizabeth Taylor in a Lifetime movie called “Liz & Dick.” The Lindsay Lohan Lifetime movie will focus on the love affair between Elizabeth Taylor and Richard Burton who met while filming “Cleopatra.” Opinions about Lindsay Lohan as Elizabeth Taylor have been mixed, with many, such as outspoken talk show host Rosie O’Donnell, feeling that Lindsay Lohan’s past legal woes might tarnish the Lifetime movie that is meant to focus on the love between Richard Burton and Elizabeth Taylor after they met on the set of “Cleopatra.”
