Tanned Model Photoshopped?

H&M, a widely known clothing retail store is under fire for a picture of a model that has an unrealistic tan.  Was the picture photoshopped?  H&M, a Swedish sheik fashion giant, has subsequently apologized for the tanned pictures, saying that their intention was to advertise their swimwear. H&M has also been in hot water in the past over alarmingly thin models in their ads, prompting some patrons to cease from shopping there.  H&M has apologized, saying that in the future they will rethink their advertising campaigns.  Still, cancer groups are upset about the seemingly touched up H&M tan model pictures that subliminally send the message that women need to spend time in the sun or tanning booths to look beautiful.
