I get many emails regarding weight loss. Maybe this has been you thoughts or someone you know...
I want to start to get myself to work our somehow but I've been putting it off. What can you suggest that I do to motivate and encourage myself? I feel like I won't be able to stick to workout plan or even start one. Also, what are the best exercises for triceps, biceps, chest (to help that bra bulge and under the chest as well), butt, calves, inner and outer thighs, lower abs, shoulders, back and obliques. I am a female who weighs 230 lbs, 30 years old, has a large frame size and I am 5'6". Should I weigh about 130? Or is this too small? What is the range for me? I am also a hardcore junk-food addict. What snacks would be beneficial to me, because I love the taste of junk food way too much. Thank you very much for your time!
You are correct somewhere around 138 pounds is probably a healthy body weight.. but by even losing 20 pounds you will see and amazing difference in your clothes, health numbers and how you feel about yourself.
The first step to losing weight is knowing you need to.. AWARENESS.
Then you take an INTEREST... and START reaching out like you did - so the good news is you are half way there on the mind side (which is harder than the exercise or making good food choices )
Next step is DESIRE - how strongly you want to change and lose weight? I can hep you but only you know how much you really want this to happen - that will drive everything else.
Then you START.
The best thing you can do is walk - opt for 30 minutes of walking ( even if it's in 10 minute increments) and then stretch and strengthen at least 10 minutes each day. If you log into www.Fitstudio.com you can find my Naked Fitness program-- sign up for it and follow it each day. IT'S FREE. If you feel pretty good after the 28 days then try the running a 5K program.
Let me know how you do... you took the time to write me.. now take the next step and WANT IT! You won't believe how you will feel when you just get started!
Peace and blessings,
