It's that time of the year again.  Here come the chocolate Easter bunnies, the jelly beans galore and those wicked marshmallow Peeps!  More Americans eat candy during this spring holiday than any other holiday/occasion, except for Halloween. We dye eggs in different colors with our kiddies and hold exciting Easter egg hunts.  When we were children ourselves, some of us searched for the mysterious Easter bunny, the one that left the baskets the next morning full of goodies. When we ponder Easter, we think of colorful pastels and the promise of greenery outside as spring emerges and the snow melts.  But aside from the bunny and candy phenomenon, what exactly is Easter?  And when is the actual day?
