Celebrities chill for a cause in big numbers!

The ALS Ice Bucket Challenge has evolved extensively, in description and participation. What began as a scarcely spread summoning of friends and family members to complete the challenge (being drenched with ice water in a 24 hour time frame or donate 100 dollars to a designated charity) has lost it's limits and infiltrated Hollywood.

Virtually everyone has taken their turn welcoming the cold shower to bring awareness to ALS (amyotrophic lateral sclerosis). Since it's conceptualization people have become crafty and committed to the execution of this challenge, and celebrities are now stopping in the middle of filming, tours, and life in general to answer their call to the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge. Here are our 10 celebrity favorites so far!

Kerry Washington

It's handled. Washington stopped in the middle of filming Scandal to make this happen, and was so bubbly about it that you'd think she won an exclusive vacay and not a chilling gust of liquid and frozen bits!

Lil' Wayne

He's always iced out, and this time it's for a great cause!

Martha Stewart

She's presented a new recipe to the challenge - one that requires very little water.

No doubt, this affluent ice and water probably increased in value significantly after coming in direct contact with the billionaire.

WWE CEO Vince McMahon

He's so dapper, he chose to do it in a suit.

Because he had a little seat and did it on stage.

Rob Riggle, Horatio Sanz, Steve Higgins, The Roots, & Jimmy Take the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge

They went all in as a team! Nice!

Lady Gaga

Probably the most graceful and artistic of the challenges we've seen!

Bill Gates

He made his own booby trap for it!

Chris Pratt

Because he's just as loveable beneath ice water as he is in Guardians of the Glaxy AND because he included adult beverages in his challenge.

Justin Bieber

The Biebs did it twice and shamelessly broke the rules and nominated MILLIONS of people i.e. "Beliebers all over the world."
