Vidal Sassoon, the hairstylist credited with inventing the iconic bob haircut, died at his home at the age of 84. The famous hairdresser (or hair designer as he is lovingly called) created some of Hollywood’s most iconic and memorable hairstyles. Vidal Sassoon stylist training schools are credited with educating some of the very best hairstylists in the industry, and his hair product line sold more than $100 million before he sold the company in the 1980’s.
