Kimora Lee Simmons is a mother of four! The fashion designer’s rep confirmed on Tuesday the arrival of the newest addition to her growing family – a baby boy. The former model and husband of two years, Tim Leissner, welcomed son Wolfe Lee Leissner into the world this week.
"We are filled with joy, adoration and gratitude as we celebrate the birth of our son," the couple revealed in a statement.
The former creative director of Baby Phat with ex-husband Russell Simmons, is mom to daughters Ming, 15, and Aoki, 13 with Simmons and son Kenzo, 5, with former partner, actor Djimon Hounsou.
Prior to announcing her fourth pregnancy in October, Simmons, a self-proclaimed mogul, spoke openly about balancing a family with her exes.
"Relationships do change throughout the course of your life, and I always think in terms of relationships changing and evolving rather than starting and stopping." Simmons, 39, continued, "Kids never go away from your life, and if you’ve been married, that person probably never goes away either. You never get rid of anyone and they never really get rid of you."
And even in the world of fashion and reality television, the mogul mom runs a tight ship at home.
"I hang little schedules on the doors. That’s another tip: Write everything down on a calendar and post it in the kitchen, so everyone knows what’s expected and where they’re supposed to be. It’s very important to document things."
Congratulations to Kimora and her beautiful family on baby Wolfe!
