Packing a lunch for picky eaters can be difficult - time consuming to find the right stuff at the store, the right way to prepare it, and hoping your child doesn't flat out refuse it. Help your child get the right nutrition by making a lunch they will enjoy!

Almond butter and apples alone is a delicious and healthy snack, and a couple treats here and there through the week will keep your youngster full and happy!
