With nearly 15,000 couples that tying the knot each year, we know that statistically 15% percent will end after the first six months to a year; another 25% percent will fail before or just after two years and 12% percent of the remaining marriages end before or by the third year of marriage.  Factoring in another 10% percent of annual weddings that are second and third marriages helps tell a story of an institution that is not looking real good on the books.  Should this information indicate to couples that being single may be a better solution?  Marriage has become for some a rollercoaster or a subway ride to who knows where.  The odds are fairly clear, in 52% percent of them  the couples will live happily never after.
