Oscar winner Sandra Bullock is now a mom of two! The actress, 51, revealed to People Magazine that she now has a three-year-old-daughter, Laila, and how her son, Louis, had a say in the matter.
In this week's issue of People, you'll notice that Bullock's brood is larger than before. Three-year-old Laila had been stuck in foster care before making her way to Los Angeles to join her new family — mom Sandy and big brother Louis, who was also adopted from New Orleans nearly five years ago.
"When I look at Laila, there's no doubt in my mind that she was supposed to be here," Bullock tells People.
She affirmed, "I can tell you absolutely, the exact right children came to me at the exact right time."

Bullock shot down adoption rumors earlier in the summer when speculation circled that the actress was looking to (or on the way to) adopt a little girl. She assured her fans that when she was adopting again, we would hear about it.
It was little Louis, five, who began the sibling talk with his mom. Bullock elaborates, "Louis spearheaded this whole journey." The little boy had the house decorated with "pink and glitter mixed with Legos and Batmans" before his new sister even made her debut.
And now, little Laila is right at home. "I knew she was scared, and all I wanted was for her to know Louis and I weren't going anywhere," Bullock says.
