This recipe is easy enough that kids can help in the kitchen and flexible enough that you can use any ingredients you have on hand.
• 1 package Johnsonville Fully Cooked Beef Hot Links
• 2 cups brown rice (cooked)
• 4 large eggs
• 1 cup snow peas
• ¼ cup stir-fry sauce
•Olive or Seasame Oil
• Sliced Mini-peppers
• Sliced Carrots
Dice sausage into large pieces. Scramble 4 eggs.
Warm wok or pan to medium heat. Add oil to the pan, then add whisked egg. Scramble eggs and remove to a plate. In a clean wok or pan, sauté sausage on high heat. Add peas, rice and stir-fry sauce to pan. Finish by adding egg. Optionally, add sliced peppers and vegetables with the peas and rice.
