When you are asking questions of the people that work for you, you are going to get straight answers. Your desire to learn more about your employees is going to give them the freedom to talk to you. When this freedom is at hand, you will be able to be more productive with all the people that work in your office.

Take Risks

When you are the boss, you need to be willing to take risks. You will be able to handle the consequences if the risks do not work out, but your employees need to know that you are willing to take risks here and there. Be Kind

You must be kind to the people around you. There are many rude bosses who get good results, but their employees are in emotional turmoil at all times.
