If you’re in need of a little motivation, don’t worry - Shia LaBeouf has got you covered.  The eccentric actor (and alleged actual cannibal) teamed up with Central Saint Martins College in London to create a 30 minute long video to be used by its art students.

In the vid, LaBeouf recites 36 different vignettes that were submitted by students, which required him to do things like meditate in front of a stick of butter, recite a lot of poetry and deliver many dramatic speeches.

The standout moments from the video is when an animated LaBeouf delivers a very motivational speech shouting "Just do it!"  Thankfully the entire video was shot in front of a green screen, which let the internet community do what it does best, and edit LaBeouf into some hilarious scenarios.

Some of our favorite edits of the speech include this very patriotic version.

The speech as a TED Talk.

And a Teletubby version.

Especially talented editors have slipped LaBeouf's motivational tirade into  movie scenes. Watch as LaBeouf motivates Draco Malfoy to kill Dumbledore in one of the most infamous moments of the Harry Potter franchise.

And in this Avengers edit, LaBeouf completely hulks out.

If you have a bit of time to kill, make sure to watch the entirety of LaBeouf's latest performance art. Although fair warning, once your start watching it, you won't be able to look away.
