Simple Kale and Beet Salad
- Red cabbage
- Fresh lemon juice
- Olive oil
- With your hands, break kale apart into tiny pieces.
- Add slices of fresh beets.
- Add chopped walnuts or walnut halves.
- Add cabbage.
- Add fresh squeezed lemon juice on top then a tiny amount of olive oil.
