Kale is a superfood for all of its antioxidants, fiber and minerals plus its good to have in your daily diet. You can easily do that using the "eat a salad a day rule" and making a kale and beet salad. All you need is six ingredients, which are all good for you! For a quick and healthy meal, here’s how to make kale salad.

Simple Kale and Beet Salad


  • Kale
  • Beets
  • Walnuts
  • Red cabbage
  • Fresh lemon juice
  • Olive oil


  1. With your hands, break kale apart into tiny pieces.
  2. Add slices of fresh beets.
  3. Add chopped walnuts or walnut halves.
  4. Add cabbage.
  5. Add fresh squeezed lemon juice on top then a tiny amount of olive oil.
