Rumor has it that she even gained 20 pounds to receive the role for the movie, Dream Girls. Now, after losing 80 pounds and endorsing Weight Watchers, some fans are left confused, betrayed, and feel as though they were left high and dry.Regardless of some negative feelings and controversy towards her 80-pound weight loss, Jennifer Hudson is receiving positive feedback and applause from the general public. What do her family members think? Well, a large number of her family members and friends actually joined in her weight loss attempt, and collectively, lost over 2,000 pounds.
How Jennifer Hudson Lost 80 Pounds
So, how did Jennifer Hudson lose 80 pounds? She learned that diets are not about deprivation, but rather, finding a proper weight management strategy. According to her Weight Watchers coach, Jennifer Hudson actually gained weight the first 3 weeks of the program. Why? Simple; she was not following the program! When Jennifer Hudson decided to adopt the Weight Watchers weight-loss program in full, she began to learn how to eat properly and with the correct serving sizes. After one week, Jennifer Hudson began losing weight. The Jennifer Hudson Diet:- Don’t completely deprive yourself of food. Moderation is key. Jennifer Hudson still ate the same foods she loved, like pizza and ice cream. She just learned to eat less of it, exercise, and balance it with other healthier foods.
- Eat proper portions and keep calories in mind. Just because it’s a salad, doesn’t make it a healthy choice. Creamy dressings and fattening toppings can pack on the calories. Be conscious of what you are eating and make sure you aren’t consuming more calories than you are burning off.
- Exercise. Jennifer Hudson now runs at 4 am sometimes, something she wouldn’t have done before.
