Powerhouse Oatmeal

This recipe is sure to pack your morning full of protein, fiber, and lots of other great things that will keep you and your kids full and ready for the day.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 2 tbsp. Brown Sugar
  • 2 tsp. Greek Yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Egg Whites
  • Agave Nectar 

Directions

  1. Add the ingredients except the agave nectar to a microwave safe bowl. Mix and microwave for 1 to 2 minutes.
  2. Divide into two microwavable bowls. Microwave again for 1 to 2 minutes.
  3. For a little extra sweetness, add a few drops of agave nectar to the mixture.
