Great looking legs are easier to come by than you think. A few leg workouts can transform your legs and calves where all you’ll want to do is show them off. Include and commit to these workouts and watch the results. Sometimes being sore the first few days after starting these workouts will be worth it in the end.

Look Good In Leggings

Weighted Calf Raises

  • Grab two 5-pound weights and place one in each hand.
  • Stand with legs hip width apart.
  • Hold your arms down and lift yourself up from your feet.
  • Step onto your tippy toes and slowly lower yourself back to the ground.
  • Repeat 15 to 20 times for two reps.

Weighted Walking Lunges

  • Grab two 5-pound weights and place one in each hand.
  • Hold your arms down as you bring your right leg forward into a deep lunge.
  • Repeat on left leg.
  • Repeat bringing your right leg forward.
  • Do 8 to 10 reps.

Dead Lift

  • Grab two 5-pound weights and place one in each hand or grab one 10-pound weight and put each hand on the ends.
  • Stand with legs hip width apart.
  • Lower the weight(s) to the waist.
  • Slowly bend at the waist, dropping the weight to the ankle/feet.
  • Slowly raise to a standing position.
  • Repeat 15 to 20 times.

Weighted Squats

  • Grab a 10-pound ball or weight or 5-pound weights.
  • Get in a squatting position.
  • First, do 30 squats.
  • Next, do 40 squats.
  • Finish with 50 squats.

Fire Hydrant Kicks

  • Get on all fours.
  • Raise your right leg at a 90 degree angle.
  • Kick your leg out.
  • Return your leg back to a 90 degree angle.
  • Lower your leg to the ground.
  • Repeat 10 to 15 times on each side.
  • Do 2 to 3 reps.
