Easy Weight Loss Exercises
1. Side Bridge With a Row
Attach a medium-strength band to a low piece of furniture such as a couch or table leg. Place your elbow directly beneath your shoulder and bridge your body at a 90 degree angle. Tuck your belly button in and pull the band back and forth.
2. Single Leg With Bicep Curl and Shoulders
Now that you’ve worked out your back and core of your body, add in a strength routine. Lift up a single leg and squeeze your triceps. Go to a bicep curl, turn, push above your head, bring it down, turn and repeat.
These two simple exercises are a great way to tone your body without high cardio. Enjoy and do both of these frequently along with a healthy diet for effective results.
