4. Salt Traders

Salt Traders sells healthy, good-for-you Grey Sea Salt (fine and course grain, $8.00) and Himalayan Pink Salt (fine and course grain, $8.50), which is soft and gentle, with a touch of sweetness. There is no harshness or bitterness in these salts. Salt Traders has a brick and mortar location in Ipswich, Massachusetts and online. 5. Gail Ambrosius Chocolatier

This Madison, Wisconsin chocolate shop makes luscious truffles and other sweets such as caramels and Valentine heart chocolates. The Valentine’s Day truffle box offers passion fruit, sour cherry, and 85% Ecuador truffles as well as heart caramels.
