5. Gail Ambrosius Chocolatier
This Madison, Wisconsin chocolate shop makes luscious truffles and other sweets such as caramels and Valentine heart chocolates. The Valentine’s Day truffle box offers passion fruit, sour cherry, and 85% Ecuador truffles as well as heart caramels.
6. NewMetro Design
The “Rose” refers to Rose Levy Beranbaum, author of 9 cookbooks, including The Cake Bible. Rose has designed baking products, including red culinary tools that are perfect for Valentine’s Day. Blades, ($24.95), juicers ($17.95), pans, zesters, a caramel pot and more are included in this new line.
7. Boncora Biscotti
Bonnie Tempesta, who started the biscotti craze in the 1980s, makes this Tuscan treat.
