water-new-products-in-reviewWhat kind of water are you drinking?

Considering that water makes up more than half of an individual’s body weight, it is imperative that people make sure that they stay properly hydrated at all times. Every cell, tissue, and organ that makes up the body needs water to function.

On average, an individual should consume eight 8 oz glasses of water per day, but new research shows that perhaps individuals should drink even more than this recommendation. Despite all of these advantages, Americans still do not seem to drink enough water. Manufacturers are jumping on the hydration train to help with more functional waters that grab a consumers' attention.
