- 2 cups chopped watermelon
- 1/2 cup crushed ice
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
- 4 packets Monk Fruit In The Raw
- 2 mint sprigs for garnish, optional
- Place watermelon, ice, water, lime juice, and Monk Fruit In The Raw in the blender.
- Cover and whirl on low to liquefy, then on high until smooth and frothy.
- Serve immediately over ice.
- Garnish with a mint sprig, if desired.
