Nothing says summer quite like the taste of watermelon. Here’s a delicious drink that has all that sweet watermelon flavor you love, with none of those pesky seeds. Our deliciously sweet and refreshing Watermelon Agua Fresca is a low-calorie treat that your whole family will love.


  • 2 cups chopped watermelon
  • 1/2 cup crushed ice
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
  • 4 packets Monk Fruit In The Raw
  • 2 mint sprigs for garnish, optional


  1. Place watermelon, ice, water, lime juice, and Monk Fruit In The Raw in the blender.
  2. Cover and whirl on low to liquefy, then on high until smooth and frothy.
  3. Serve immediately over ice.
  4. Garnish with a mint sprig, if desired.
