This weekend in entertainment, Khloe takes a temporary break from Lamar's bedside to celebrate Kim's baby shower, Jimmy Fallon suffers another round of surgery after another fall, and we can't decide which celebrity family pulled off the cutest Halloween costumes!

Khloe Takes A Break

It will be two weeks on Tuesday since former Los Angeles Lakers player Lamar Odom was found unconscious at a brothel in Las Vegas. His estranged wife, Khloe Kardashian, has been adamantly at his bedside as he came out of his coma and was transported to a Los Angeles hospital. Although Odom's recovery has been a miraculous one so far, it was revealed this week that the father of two had suffered a dozen strokes while in the hospital and likely overdosed on cocaine, alcohol, and sexual drug enhancers.

It was Kim Kardashian West's postponed baby shower that allowed Odom's former lover to take a much-deserved break from the hospital. West, who delayed her baby shower celebration on behalf of Lamar's health, moved the party to Sunday where her sisters and close friends laid low in their pajamas nibbling on girl scout cookies and hot chocolate treats. Khloe was in attendance at The Beverly Hills Hotel, where she even showed off her new chopped locks!

Jimmy Fallon Suffers Hand Injury

Jimmy, Jimmy, Jimmy... we thought you learned your lesson after you nearly lost your ring finger this summer! To be fair, this recent fall really wasn't the talk show host's fault at all.

Fallon was accepting an award at Harvard University on Saturday night before he was rushed to a hospital in Cambridge, Massachusetts. At the after party for the celebration, the former SNL comedian turned around, while holding a bottle of Jaegermeister, and tripped over a girl who (questionably) decided to abruptly kneel down without him seeing.

According to an onlooker, "it was all part of the celebration in the street."

Luckily for the student, Fallon clearly has a sense of humor since he in fact was accepting the Elmer Award for Excellence in Humor by the University's magazine, Harvard Lampoon.

And even after his hospital trip and a quick visit to the surgery room to presumably remove any glass from his right hand (he injured the left in the summer), Fallon returned to the party in high spirits with a heavily bandaged other hand.

Omg his hands Jimmy please be more careful #JimmyFallon

Daphne Oz Introduces Baby Boy

A congrats are in order for The Chew co-host Daphne Oz, who welcomed her second child into the world last week — a baby boy! The daughter of Dr. Mehmet Oz, 29, is already mom to her 2-year-old daughter Philomena (Philo) Bijou with husband John Jovanovic.

The newly minted mom of two shared the baby boy's first picture on Instagram this weekend with the caption, "This little man is so loved!! all 8lbs 6oz and 21 inches of him came into the world on Wednesday afternoon, and I can't remember life before then," she wrote. "We've been trying to soak up every moment, but wanted to quickly drop in and say THANK YOU for all of your incredibly sweet notes and congratulations."

Although we're still in the dark about the boy's name, his mom added, "We're having some quiet time at home with just family, but cannot wait to share him with you soon!! so much love."

Jem And The Holograms Flops At Box Office

The Martian is still #1 at the box office. After a long promotional period for the anticipated teen-inspired film, Jem and the Holograms, the box office numbers did not reflect the perceived excitement.

The cartoon remake, starring Juliette Lewis and Molly Ringwald, only raked in $1.32 million across 2,413 theaters in North America.

According to a critic at Forbes, the reason for the flop is, "While boy-centric properties like Transformers, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and G.I. Joe got $125 million+ budgets to work with, Jem and the Holograms, a girl-centric action/musical cartoon got a $5m budget and a feature film adaptation that went out of its way to basically discard the action/adventure/excitement elements from the original show."

Scott Mendelson added, "The film took a source material that is over-the-top colorful and over-the-top exciting, filled with larger-than-life characters and musically-charged action sequences where Jem and her friends had to both be kick-a** rock stars and kick-a** crime fighters at the same time, and made a toned-down, muted, and overly patronizing 'young girl gets in over her head due to fame and artistic success and forgets what matters' fable that basically penalized its young heroes for wanting and achieving success and power."

Kourtney Kardashian And Her Superhero Squad

It's Halloween time in Hollywood, and when their superstar parents aren't stealing the spotlight, the kids are throwing together their best looks for trick-or-treating in Calabasas. Kourtney Kardashian's crew (along with North West) were no exception.

Kourtney and her three kids Mason, Penelope and 11-month-old Reign, dressed as superheros clad in their masked eyes and baby capes with their mommy leader dressed as Wonder Woman herself. These days, every outing for Kardashian is another chance to show off her banging post-break up bod and this is the first Halloween in a few years that the reality star hasn't been preggers under a costume!

If you ask us, the Wonder Woman get-up was not as nonchalant as you might think. Because it really does take a super woman to raise three kids on your own while your estranged ex pulls a rehab stint in Malibu. Eat your heart out, Scott Disick.
